Slice 50g green beans and long paths 50g asparagus, white (add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the boiling water) 3. Squeeze an orange, and pour half the juice through the spinach and arugula (croyez-moi.) 4. Slice 75g black olives and sun dried 50g tomatoes into halves (or quarters, whatever you prefer) 5. Stack the spinach, arugula, olives and tomatoes on a plate and garnished with beans and asparagus, drizzle the remaining orange juice on dessusPour 6 personnesCette recipe is also very rich in vitamin A, C, and acid folique.Amusez you.

You should get the Veganomicon, the sun-dried tomato dip and Spaghetti & Beanballs are the best. : D

I recommend buying the Veganomicon. It has tons of amazing recipes and as the title suggests, they are all vegan. I admit, and I made a handful of recipes so far and they were all great.
