From what I can tell … Seitan Teriyaki Burgers (or steaks) seitan slice about 1/2 inch thick, then marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, pineapple juice, and chopped garlic and ginger, preferably overnight. Drain and reserve the marinade and grill or fry the seitan steaks. Grill fresh, frozen or canned in the rings of natural pineapple juice and make your burgers with seitan, pineapple, lettuce and tomato too. Toast the bread for them, and make a sauce brush forcing the marinade and cook until thickened and syrupy. Just brush this light o 'burgers' and toasts will. If serving steaks, present aligning plate with dark raw spinach or other green, seitan, the slice of pineapple, a little sauce and a fried onion ring or two.
