Vegan for beginners

Me and my boyfriend want to be vegan, I realize it would be much cheaper and save us time rather than trying to find organic milk, eggs, cheese, etc. (we are both strict vegetarians now I was nearly three years, it only a year, I've been switching things more vegan, like delicious ice cream with coconut milk and the milk itself, vegan breads), but it is extremely concerned by we get enough protein and all the nutrients, especially for me because I'm sick easy. I read things online for hours, and there are so many things and it's so confusing in my opinion .. So I was wondering all vegans can simplify it a bit for me. My main questions 1) What is your grocery list look like? How do you keep enough do not have expensive? 2) What vitamin supplements do you take? (Or what would you take those?) 3) What are some of your easy to make, vegan fast food? 4) What is an example of a day of meals (including drinks, snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe dessert?) 5) If we were to find eggs from a person who has his own chickens they take very good care of, would it be bad to eat eggs if it is the only animal derived thing we eat? For us it is all about the ethics of things. How animals are raised / treated essentially Thanks for any help .. Also stuff that is not "fake meat" or "fake cheese" would be good, and no pref zuchinni Recipes I discovered after cooking for 3 hours, my boyfriend hates Ratatoiulle My boyfriend loves all the hot dogs, bacon, eggs and sausage biscuits false, etc. I think they are anything but crude Boca chicken patties, I love those @ April, danke for the image of the bird at the end. But really thank you for the perspective, I guess you're right and I think we could just cut and eggs. Never really thought of it that way. : D And thank you for all the detailed answers …: D = D I'm glad to see that there is a possibility of that happening today, after reading the list of ingredients of animal origin while eating my grilled cheese (Vegen bread / butter, not good :/ cheese) and having to spit because I felt so sick, I really want to be vegan now. Do you know what I found? 1) What is your grocery list look like? How do you keep enough do not have expensive? Tip – when grocery shopping, stay along the perhymeter store. This is where products and bulk products are found. In addition, when it is absolutely necessary, when shopping in the intermediate islands – keep yours eyes on the top and bottom shelves. The money compensation for the company Big gap – healthier options are not usually in the middle. I always find recipes for 5 days, then races according to recipes. Every week or two, I Bulk beans and nuts, but mostly just produce between. This is an excellent way to not spend more than necessary and get what you need so that nothing is lost only. 2) What vitamin supplements do you take? (Or what would you take those?) I would recommend taking a daily multivitamin and a B12 supplment twice a week. If you think you need a protien supplment could be taken when you think you miss out – your body will let you know (you might think that is high in protien, like envy, etc.). I take an extra protien I eat lots of beans and tempeh. 3) What are some of your easy to make, vegan fast food? You can make a hamburger from almost any bean puree – take your pick. 4) What is an example of a day's meals (including drinks, snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe dessert) Breakfast: Smoke Maple Sausage with waffles; In addition, if you like some fruit Lunch: Quinoa salad and Reubens Snack: Handful of nuts and fruit Dinner: Portobello burger and sweet potato fries, salad: Your choice of a salad – I'magination is key. Everything works. In addition, you do not have to use the lettuce as a base. Beet salads are beautiful – raw beets, washed and grated (cheese grater) and then any other vegetables you like with your favorite dressing. Dessert: Cupcakes Vanilla Bean YUMYUMYUM: 5) If we were to find eggs from a person who has his own chickens they take very good care of, would it be bad to eat eggs if it is the only derived thing we eat animals? If you do, you're not vegan. Second, we recall that the eggs are babies waiting to be born. A chicken fetus. It: S made this decadent dish served in Indonesia and Asia is an egg where the bird was actually born, but is not yet out of the shell. Do not disgust you or anything, but it just made me think of it. I'magine, biting into a chick in the egg whites. (This is what you would if you waited a little longer for the bird to form.) Remember, everything you do is your choice. I:'m just glad you made the initiative. I suppose that after eggs under vegan for a while, you won t want more eggs anyway. All the best for you and your man. * EDIT: If you are reading, you should check out my two most favored books, Vegan Daily Companion – Colleen Patrick-Goudreu (I think that's how you spell it), and Crazy Sexy Diet Kris Carr . The first is more about compassion, the second on the power supply. PLEASE check both of them. They are great and will help you get started on your path to veganism. 0000 Btw, Postpunk kitchen is a great site for recipes (if you have not noticed)
