Vegan Health Benefits

I want to go to a vegan diet style and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on which foods to buy, ways to replace protein in the diet (I'm a weightlifter) and health benefits to be vegan? It would be very appreciated. What vegetables should I buy? I'm all set fruit. All I drink water and soy milk. Well, I have your answer. Protein: Beans and nuts of all kinds, legumes, peanut butter, almond butter, tofu, tempeh, seitan, soy milk, soy yogurt, and fruits and vegetables have some protein too. I had asthma (multiple medications per day) until I'm vegan. I went to use my fast acting inhaler 12 times per day for 10 months without using it once. Within 2 weeks of changing my diet I felt happier, lighter, more energetic, had more stamina and clearer skin, lost a few pounds of excess weight, and began to build muscle mass skinny. A vegan diet is low in saturated and trans fats and high in mono and polyunsaturated fats (good fats). It is higher in fiber too. Most vegans consume a lot of large portions of fruits and vegetables and low blood pressure, low cholesterol, high digestion, regular bowel movements, and lower rates of cancer and heart disease. Try eating carrots, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, onions, garlic, eggplant, peppers, mushrooms, beets , olives, asparagus.
