Vegan Lunch

I'm a sophomore in high school and I became vegan this summer. The school does not offer vegan options. Literally. I was wondering if anyone knew of ideas lunch box vegan or knew of the great sites of vegan recipes? Thank you. I was happy to learn … I also became vegan in the summer. I'm a junior. Beans are cold you can put different spices on them and they taste really good and have a ton of protein. Quinoa is very good. You can mix it with beans. I love black beans and chickpeas with quinoa. Many Indian recipes are vegan. Please try this one. . Vegetables are always good. You can set up an envelope with hummus, cucumbers, carrots, beans and spinich. It is really good. Also, there sprouted tortillas that you can fill with peanut butter and jam or jelly. Soups are always delicious leftovers too. My mother and I make soup cauliflower, lentil soup, and tajine. Tajine is a North African stew. You can put all the different vegetables and beans and it has a great taste. You can use leftover soup for lunch. The site I mentioned the Chana masala is good for ideas. I hope I helped. I'm glad to hear another vegan high school. Stick with it ..

Please do not take offense saying that, nut There is no reason why someone refuses to eat meat. I know, I know: Vegetables are good for you. But you completely cut everything having to do with animals extreme cooking (not to mention completely unnecessary). Life is short, so enjoy it (instead of desperately trying to join an unnecessary routine as vegan-ism).

People do not go vegetarian or vegan because “vegetables are important and we should eat more.” Most of the time it's for animal rights. I'm vegan because the way we treat animals is cruel. They are raised in horrible environments, killed inhumanely, and given hormones that cause their bones to break because their bodies are growing too fast for them. So thank you for letting me rant, because you really should learn about it.
