Vegan Mayonnaise

I wanted to make vegan mayonnaise but I do not think I have the right ingredients and I have no idea how. So I need a simple recipe that will not take long. All I have is: Soy milk Salt Paprika Veggie mustard oil lemon juice. Is it possible that I can use these ingredients and do. After looking around, I learned – Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe 2-1/4 cups safflower oil 1 cup soy milk 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar 2-1/2, plain or lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard makes 3-1/2 cups Mix all ingredients except the vinegar or lemon juice in a blender, blend until smooth. Slowly add the vinegar or lemon juice until the liquid thickens.
