Vegan Pancakes

Hey yall I'm trying to find a good recipe for vegan pancakes. . Ideas? Not at all Thank you. Oh my God, you all have very good answers .. I'm having trouble to vote for it. . Well, I have your answer. Apple Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes Pancake Batter: * 1 1/4 cups unbleached flour * 2 tablespoons sugar * 2 teaspoons baking powder * 3/4 teaspoon salt * 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon * 1 1/3 cups almond milk or soy milk * 1/2 tablespoon of powdered egg substitute * mixed with 2 tablespoons water * 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Apple cinnamon swirl paste * 2 tablespoons prepared (above) paste * 2 tablespoons of natural apple sauce * 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add almond (or soy) milk mixture and egg replacer and mix until flour is moistened. (For pancakes, use only 1 cup of milk.) Let the dough rest for 5 minutes while the sleeves stove. While the dough rests, combine all ingredients "Swirl", with 2 tablespoons of dough prepared. Heat a non-stick baking or frying pan (sprayed lightly with nonstick) over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles. Fold nuts into dough. Pour batter by scant quarter cupfuls onto hot griddle. I'mmediately watering apple cinnamon dough on top of each pancake in a swirl pattern. Bake until the top is bubbly and bubbles burst; edges will look dry. With pancake turner, turn and cook until the underside is golden. Place on a warm plate and keep warm. Repeat until all batter, brushing plate slightly with canola oil, if necessary, to prevent sticking. Serve pancakes with syrup or other topping choices. Banana Flax Pancakes Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons white sugar, brown sugar or natural sweetener (I often do half regular sugar and half brown) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 water seeds teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons ground flax 1/4 cup rice 1 1/4 cup milk soy or medium-sized ripe bananas Directions: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a blender, combine the flax with water until thick. Add bananas and soy milk and mix until smooth. Mix all the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined (it's really important not to over mix). Pancakes cooked in a nonstick skillet lightly oiled griddle or medium heat. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear on top and the edges are slightly brown, then flip and cook until the other side is slightly brown. Keep cooked warm in the oven while you prepare the rest pancakes. Blueberry syrup Optional: Take a handful of frozen blueberries, cover with the desired amount of maple syrup microwave, pour over pancakes. Yum. Golden Spice Pancakes 1 cup unbleached flour 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour (I used white whole wheat pastry flour ww is another good option) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon cloves 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1 pinch of powder 1 teaspoon orange zest (orange zest freshly grated) 1 1/2 cups orange juice 1/4 cup golden raisins (optional) Spray a nonstick skillet or frying cook lightly with canola oil, and begin heating over medium-high . Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients (flour through cloves) and add the zest and juice, raisins and a well in the center. Mix briefly until smooth (a few lumps are agreed). When the pan is hot, drop the batter by quarter cupfuls and cook until it begins to bubble. Turn and cook a few more minutes until the underside is golden brown and the inside is cooked. Serve immediately.
