Vegan Recipe Meatloaf

Does anyone have one? And what would it go well with. After looking around, I learned – My favorite: Thanksgiving "Meat" Loaf (egg substitute) Mix 1 T arrowroot powder, 1 T cornstarch, and 4 T water 1 tablespoon sauce soy 1 box silken tofu average farm 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 package vegan dried onion soup mix 1 teaspoon oil 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 2/4 cup celery, chopped 2 cups mushrooms chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano and basil 1/2 teaspoon sage 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1 cup instant mashed potato flakes Directions: Mix replacer egg, soy sauce, tofu and onion soup together in a blender. Add walnuts and mix until smooth. Saut vegetables until onions are transparent. Add herbs / spices while vegetables are fried. Mix ingredients blender, cooked vegetables, bread crumbs and flakes of potatoes together in a large bowl. Press into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. For 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Turn bread and a slice. I often serve it with mashed potatoes, gravy, and rolls.

Add the mashed tofu, soy sauce, mustard, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and black pepper to rice mixture and mix well. Spray a 5-inch baking dish by 9 inches with a nonstick cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and top with 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes after cooking. Slice and serve with additional barbecue sauce, if dsir.Il would go well with wine and potatoes.
