Essentially harvest – Vegan Roasted nuts Ingredients * 1/2 cup chopped celery * 2 onions, chopped * 3/4 cup walnuts * 3/4 cup pecan or sunflower meal * 2 1/2 cups soy milk * 1 teaspoon dried basil * 1 crumbs teaspoon dried oregano * 3 cups bread * salt and pepper to taste Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil a loaf pan.

2. In a frying pan to medium, saut celery and onion in 3 tablespoons water until cooked coffee.

3. In a large bowl, mix the celery and onion with walnuts, pecans or sunflower meal, soy milk, basil, oregano, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

4. Bake for 60-90 minutes until the bread is cooked.
